My purpose and goal in life has always been to help people. When I chose a career path in nutrition as a teenager, I soon realized my personal interests and goals could collide.

I started off my career as a Personal Trainer and Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) in a gym setting helping countless clients with various abilities. For five years, I supported the geriatric population in Skilled Nursing Facilities and Assisted Living Communities. Most recently, I had the privilege to return to my Alma Mater and advised undergraduate and graduate students aspiring to become future RDNs.

In spite of the diverse experiences I had with great successes, I hit my mid-30s and realized that my career was not bringing me the joy I had hoped for. I knew something needed to change.

Stark Wellness

I do not promote any gimmicks, fad diets, random supplements or anything of that nature. I am not an influencer. My strategy is simple. Hear your story with no judgements. Provide you with evidence based resources for you to be successful. The process of improving your health is a marathon, not a sprint. This means it takes time to unlearn many of the habits you have picked up over the years.

This is not a quick fix. This process does take time and commitment on your end but; if you have read this far, there's a good chance you are serious about this.

And so am I.
